Provide leadership in the effective design, development and delivery of experiential learning and development opportunities that raise the leadership capabilities of employees; identify and develop talent management solutions in response to identified trends in leadership, retention, employee development and turnover in accordance with the company’s strategic business plan and talent management agenda.
Provide expertise in the identification of key performance drivers and partner with business unit leaders and H.R. leaders to improve quality of leadership through targeted programs and initiatives. Execute against measures, benchmarks or scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of leadership development efforts; apply these measure to drive results.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including executive leadership team, H.R. leaders, management and staff; provide advice, guidance and coaching relative to leadership competencies, behaviors, assessments, values, etc. Research and share best practices in the field of leadership. Facilitate leadership training sessions.
Provide leadership to staff and manage leadership development budget. Negotiate vendor relationship for programs including content development, program materials, and related contractual commitments. Evaluate and hold vendors accountable to required performance standards.
