Position Overview
As one of Canada’s largest cooperative financial institutions, Alterna delivers exceptional member service. For over a century, Alterna has been committed to the communities it serves, and today provides over 100,000 members with a full range of financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, investments, telephone banking, online banking and a Contact Centre. With over $2 billion in assets, Alterna has 22 branches in Ontario, 2 in Quebec and more than 75 ATM locations, stretching from Ottawa to Toronto, Kingston, Pembroke and North Bay.
