||Operations Admin Assistant - Park Royal - West Van
We are looking for someone to assist with administration in the Operations Department at Park Royal Shopping Center available full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The Assistant will report directly to the current Administrator to provide support in a variety of functions. This is a demanding role and we are looking for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities including, telephone work, customer service, dispatch, and familiar with a variety of software.
Specific Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
- handling PROs Work Request phone line
- Payroll inputting
- Projects as assigned
- Preparation of meeting minutes
- Input Purchase order data
- Input Work Order data
- All other reasonable requests from Administrator
- Intermediate level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in Outlook
- Experience with maintenance based programs and purchasing software
- Customer Service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the English language
- Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently yet keep others well informed
- Confidential and professional manner
- Customer Focus: Anticipates customer needs and takes action to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers; responds quickly to customer inquiries; continually searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
