| Overview |
Our Port Alberni Division has a temporary position available for approximately six months. Reporting to the Manager Service and Compliance you will perform the day-to-day support and maintenance of our computer hardware and software, all with unfailingly excellent customer service. |
| Accountabilities |
As the Service Desk Technician you can expect to draw upon your experience with Microsoft Office and major operating systems such as WIN7 and XP, as well as your well-developed ability to diagnose, prioritize and resolve PC desktop, hardware and software problems. |
| Requirements/Skills |
You have a degree or relevant technical diploma and at least 2 years' experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, you also have some experience working with end users in an industrial setting. Preference will be given to those holding an A+ or MSCE certification.
