Title Service Desk Technician - Port Alberni (temporary)

Overview Our Port Alberni Division has a temporary position available for approximately six months. Reporting to the Manager Service and Compliance you will perform the day-to-day support and maintenance of our computer hardware and software, all with unfailingly excellent customer service.
Accountabilities As the Service Desk Technician you can expect to draw upon your experience with Microsoft Office and major operating systems such as WIN7 and XP, as well as your well-developed ability to diagnose, prioritize and resolve PC desktop, hardware and software problems.
Requirements/Skills You have a degree or relevant technical diploma and at least 2 years' experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, you also have some experience working with end users in an industrial setting. Preference will be given to those holding an A+ or MSCE certification.
