||Marketing Communications Manager
||Zanett is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, creative marketer with a background in marketing technology solutions to businesses. Experience within B2B technology product or consulting/technology services industry is preferred.
This is an exciting position for our rapidly growing technology consulting services firm and is your opportunity to strategically plan and lead B2B integrated marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing programs to generate demand and pipeline and successful marketing events. The types of marketing events include executive-level conferences, briefings, workshops, sponsorships, webinars, national trade shows and regional user group meetings.
This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing; is an individual contributor role so there are no managerial responsibilities of direct staff. However, management experience is a plus as the position will manage outside agencies and drive cross functional teams.
This position works closely with regional sales teams and technical consultants to build marketing plans and execute programs. Also, works with the executive management team to build corporate brand and awareness programs.
||Develop marketing and communications plan and corporate messaging.
Lead the design of all creative deliverables including website design and content, marketing and sales collateral, tradeshow and conference materials, white papers, sales presentations, etc.
Determine existing benchmarks and build marketing effectiveness measurements in all marketing and communications programs to capture lead generation success and adjust plans to meet goals.
Develop thought leadership program including determining internal subject matter experts, speaking opportunities, white papers, blogs, social media, industry events and more.
Develop social media strategy and oversee execution.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice.
Maintain and update all brand files, postings and websites and provide support with any new branding initiatives resulting from possible corporate acquisitions or initiatives.
Team focused attitude is a must
Proven marketing track record of 7+ years working in B2B technology product or consulting/technology services industry or organizations
Strategic thinking with tactical program execution, attention to detail without becoming lost in the details
Excellent written communications required
Excellent time management, presentation, human relations and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment – remaining flexible to changing deadlines and situations
Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results driven attitude
Some US domestic travel <20%
