Position Title Personal Affairs and Brand Manager

We are currently searching for a highly talented, driven and experienced Personal Affairs and Brand Manager with personal branding knowledge to be a key part of this fast paced and lucrative opportunity.
Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s personal affairs and activities related to developing and enhancing
the CEO’s personal brand;
Manage the project plan for the CEO’s personal goals and ensure schedules are on-track;
Act as the Brand Manager for the CEO’s blog, website, messaging, social updates;
Assist the CEO in ensuring successful book publishing including booking editors and endorsements;
Coordinate charity and philanthropy including corporate and personal giving, fund-raising, events, interactions and speaking;
Manage PR, awards, social and speaking engagements and reach out to celebrities;
Manage personal activities including organizing vacations, fitness and training and music projects;
Organize household personnel and projects.
Skills Minimum of 8 years experience in an administration role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant working at senior executive level;
Business Administration diploma/degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;
Excellent grasp of the administrative support required by busy executives and ability to anticipate their needs;
Understanding of personal branding and related activities;
PR, Communications and Journalism experience an asset;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
High standards of confidentiality with personal and/or sensitive information;
Excellent professional attitude and follow-through;
Highly organized and excellent time management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities;
Willingness to work outside scheduled hours, to deal with the urgent (and occasionally the unexpected!) and to be ready to meet the needs of this exciting, fast-moving business
