We are currently searching for a highly driven, results oriented Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team.
||•Coordinate schedules, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements as needed
•Assist CEO, General Manager/EO and Office Manager with day-to-day activities as required
•Draft, edit and file correspondence
•Prepare expense reports
•Coordinate daily/weekly and monthly meetings
•Coordinate minute follow with approved minutes and distribute to all in attendees
•Greet visitors and clients
•Plan and organize special events for the CEO and his team(s)
•Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as needed
•Hold everything in high level of confidentiality
•Assist and work with home care providers
•Perform personal errands as needed
•Act as a reminding agent for meetings, important dates, and timelines
