| Role Purpose/Accountabilities |
Responsible for assisting seed distribution from Regional Outsource Warehouses. First line of communication for temporary dispatch personnel. Perform work in a safe manner following policies and procedures set forth by Syngenta Health, Safety and Environment programs and the Quality Management System.
Accountabilities
• Tasks may include but not limited to: Dispatcher - Assist and manage distribution scheduling, implementation and reporting. Provide superior delivery and customer service to all customers. Professional carriers, on time, correct products, well communicated. Meet distribution and management goals. Efficiently manage costs of seed distribution and seed interplant transfers. Schedule and ship “Full Truck Loads” for cost efficiency through identifying and implementing successful distribution methods or freight carriers in the Region at low cost. Ensure seed shipments and interplant transfers meet the demands of the sales agents, management goals and quality standards. Outsourcing Technician – Function as a Seed Quality Lead performing all necessary SAP transactions to support seed distribution from quality standpoint. Ensure all SAP data is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Support SAP transactional activity for outsource operations. Validate products shipped meet all quality standards. Conduct QA evaluations on raw and finished seed production Receiving/Sorting Coordinator - Assist with dealer returns of packaging supplies. Data entry to update inventory and deliveries. Inventory Management - Assist and manage inventory and distribution reporting. Warehouse product inventory will be accurately reported at all times. Seed shipments and interplant transfers will be accurate. Learn SAP Inventory, Distribution, Transportation, Finished seed management and reporting computer programs Assist in training seasonal or temporary employees Ensure that SAP system data is accurate, complete, up to date and reported in a timely manner Meet distribution and management goals Efficiently manage costs of seed distribution and seed interplant transfers to and from warehouses. Schedule and ship “Full Truck Loads” for cost efficiency Assist with summer and fall field inspections as needed Help others as requested by supervisor

| Knowledge, Skills & Experience |
Critical knowledge
• Must be High School graduate, GED degree, or higher. Associate degree or higher preferred. • Knowledgeable of SAP transactions for Distribution, and Finished seed management preferred
Critical experience
• Minimum 2 years of inventory and/or distribution process industry experience preferred • Experience in inventory and/or distribution processes • Management experience preferred but not necessary • Communication and work interaction with customers

• Excellent communication skills - Critical for this position to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers internal/external and customers. • Excellent organization skills • Detail/Accuracy Oriented- Critical in this position that all procedures and policies are understood and followed. Information entry on the SAP system or PC computer and reporting tools needs to be correct and accurate because major decisions will be made from them by other departments. • Good writing and math • PC and SAP/ERP business software skills • Self motivated • Willingness to help and interact in other areas of the office, or site, as work load requires. • Flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent tasks during peak distribution timeline and inspection schedules. • Ability to work extra hours. • Desire to achieve high level role performance and promote within the Syngenta organization. In some cases it may be necessary to relocate for promotion. • Decisive- Will need to make proper and timely decisions to meet the demands of internal and external customers. • Trusted- Will need to make good sound judgments that will be in the best interest of the company. | Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges |
• Seed Distribution-Candidate in this position will need to be active in the management of seed shipments to meet the demands of the sales agents and to provide excellent customer service. • Inventory Management-Candidate in this position will be responsible for relieving warehouse inventory after distribution of product from the warehouse. • Quality Assurance- Candidate in this position will need to validate the products shipped meet all quality standards. • COGP Targets • Quality Targets • Achieve annual HSE targets |

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Must be able to read reports and use computers. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when asked in limited situations. • Must be able to work in an office environment and field environment for long periods of time. • Limited travel to offsite company meetings and production site visits may be required
WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Must be able to work longer hours during peak distribution season. • Office environment, field and warehouse environments. • Must be able to use PC and work for long periods of time at workstation.
OTHER • A minimum of 2 years in current position is required (requirement for internal applicants only) • All applicants must be eligible to work in the US. • Have valid driver license.
