| Role Purpose/Accountabilities |
• To manage and design animal, plant and soil metabolism studies in support of product registrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical conduct of these studies, delivering solutions for technically challenging projects and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of reports. Opportunities exist to represent the company through participation in professional organizations and at EPA / state agency meetings. |
| Knowledge, Skills & Experience |
Critical knowledge
• Ph.D. level in chemistry/biochemistry or MS in chemistry/biochemistry with 5+ years of metabolism experience. In depth knowledge of the analytical skill sets involved in the development of metabolism data and technical arguments for the support of active ingredients. Knowledge of state-of-the-art analytical techniques and instrumentation as it pertains to metabolism and isolation/identification of metabolites. A strong capacity to lead internal and external collaborations for study delivery coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is critical to this position.

• A strong capacity for problem solving (analysis, solution conceptualization, strategy and execution) coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills is vital to this position. Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. This position is best suited for an energetic team-player with the flexibility to adapt and develop necessary new skills as needed.
