| Role Purpose/Accountabilities |
Supports the Head of Strategy – Flowers Pro to design the overall go to market strategies regionally, and work to implement these strategies through Sales and Marketing and other functions.
Accountabilities • Develop comprehensive Flowers Pro Go to Market Strategy • Define ways of working across Flowers (Flowers Pro/L&G) • Define Technical Services Strategy • Design of Grower and Channel Strategies • Assess capabilities and market reach of existing/proposed distribution partners • Customer segmentation • Develop business plan • Define distribution strategy/agreement parameters (i.e. Traditional vs Agency) • Prepare tools to implement tactical 3 year marketing planning • Preparation and generation of input into tactical marketing planning (financial objectives, customer segmentation, trends, SWOT, etc)
