||Enterprise Program Manager
||Works with peers, project managers, vendors, clients and business leaders to direct, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, design, enhance and maintain information systems and services for companies within the enterprise. The programs led by this position are typically high risk, complex, multi-year, multi-project, cross departmental / divisional, and involve multiple technologies, multiple vendors, and multiple business units. Solutions involve proof of concept or industry first projects/issues and must achieve business outcomes that require extensive planning and coordination across infrastructure, systems, business process change and adoption, compliance requirements and industry standards. This is an individual contributor position.

Act as a highly visible partner across all divisions to influence strategic decision-making as well as program delivery. The ability to learn from others, teach others, and lead change is critical to the success of this role.
PROGRAM EXECUTION: Drive cross-functional execution of initiatives and programs from requirements to on time, high-quality delivery that coordinates with all groups to support and achieve maximum economic impact and optimal business outcomes.
PLANNING & TRACKING: Create, optimize, and drive structured schedules and project plans across multiple initiatives, projects and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives. Adapt and modify plans based on changing data and conditions. Assist in planning and ensuring that projects tracks to resources, time to market, and budget constraints. Assist in adherence to quality and other relevant standards including interoperability, architectural compliance, and industry compliance. Track open issues and effectively negotiate trade-offs and guide issues to resolution. Hold program team members accountable for commitments, milestones, and deliverables.
RISK MGMT & PROBLEM SOLVING: Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Identify cross-functional dependencies, plan and coordinate to activities for optimal utilization of resources. Propose solutions based upon analysis, business case development, and competitive scoring of alternatives. Maintain objective judgment and utilize influence to formulate and drive consensus on recommendations.
PRIORITIZATION: Balance process compliance with critical constraints and achievement of business objectives to consistently make optimal strategic trade-offs for the program. Assign priorities to multiple competing activities quickly and effectively, and communicate them appropriately.
COMMUNICATION: Frame communication and discussions with appropriate context and line of sight for executive, cross-divisional and project-level audiences. Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management. Make recommendations for executive action. Develop and lead communications to drive shared vision among program teams.
COORDINATION: Achieve quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration. Create and communicate clearly understandable & actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements for program teams. Conduct program and cross-functional team meetings to maintain project strategy, planning, coordination, status, and issue resolution. Recognize and take appropriate action on financial, organizational, business process and technical inter-program dependencies. Negotiate and escalate across organizations to ensure critical path milestones are met.
|Skills & Experience Needed
||• Advanced analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Undergraduate Degree or higher; or equivalent experience
• 8 or more years of relevant business leadership experience;
• 10 or more years of experience in all phases of solutions deployment
• Strong program management experience including 5 or more years leading delivery of complex projects, organizational change programs; proven ability to manage concurrent projects and end-to-end process design programs.
• Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering business outcomes.
• Proven ability to solve highly complex business problems demonstrating creative solutions
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Previous experience in mutual funds or financial industry preferred
• Experience in the design and deployment of compensation systems; or identity management systems preferred
