Position Description Key Qualifications:      
 
Professional qualification in a health discipline
Completion of P.S.R. & Mental Health post diploma preferred
Several years’ experience with adult clients with serious mental illness
Case management experience with mental health clients
Experience working with people who are homeless or have lived in shelters as asset
Experience working with addictions
Training and working knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and the recovery model
Proficient computer skills
Working knowledge of community resources and Landlord & Tenant Act
Excellent communication, organization, presentation and problem solving skills
Valid driver’s license, relevant insurance and use of own vehicle
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to speak a second language would be a definite asset
Positive work and attendance record essential
