ONA JOB POSTING Key Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of General Surgical experience is required
- Previous Ambulatory experience preferred
- Successful completion of Hand Splinting Course (provided by unit)
- Ability to think critically and effectively in order to prioritize needs in emergency situations
- Highly effective decision making, problem solving and organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Positive attendance and work record essential
Position Summary: - Provides professional nursing care to a specific group of patients, in accordance with the standards of nursing practice set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Trillium Health Centre
