Title Inside Sales/Recruitment Coordinator Cambridge, ON 5859
Overview The successful candidate will have experience making cold sales calls, appointment setting and gathering specific information to support hiring efforts. The Inside Sales/Recruitment Coordinator will manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage in database management. They will establish a social network of contacts, liaising with partners, vendors and clients alike. The successful candidate will have superior communication and organizational skills and will be equally comfortable performing research over the phone and online.
Responsibilities Perform cold calls
Set appointments for interviews
Research and gather specific information
Perform reception duties including answering the phones, managing the boardroom schedule, sorting mail and ensuring all candidates are greeted and seated in the appropriate meeting area
Assist in the management of recruitment processes both internally and externally
Provide administrative support by preparing resumes, job descriptions, interview preparation sheets, reference reports and any other documentation the recruitment teams require
Prospect, source and obtain candidate resumes for job postings
Support recruitment efforts through research and creation of contact lists for candidate sources
Manage resume database searches
Match candidates to job descriptions
Post and scour public and private job boards and databases
Establish a social network of contacts
Field marketing/inquiry calls
Perform due diligence on prospects
Provide research support on dedicated search assignments
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about prospective client companies/positions
Prescreen candidates and present prescreened candidates for collaboration and approval to Manager
Arrange interviews of qualified candidates
Maintain database accuracy and perform data entry
Perform additional responsibilities commensurate with the Recruitment Administrator position as assigned

Requirements Staffing experience an asset
Natural sales ability, not afraid to pick up the telephone and talk to candidates about their careers
Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline focused environment simultaneously and with accuracy
Outstanding computer skills in MS Office, Database Management and Internet
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with highly confidential information
Ability to research and analyze problems independently
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, high energy and flexible/intuitive
