||The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting client partners in all stages of the movement of their freight. Order entry, tracing & tracking freight, and responding to any service issues are daily responsibilities of this role. A minimum of two years customer service experience within a Freight Brokerage or 3PL organization is required.
||Responsible for order entry and appointment setting
Tracking and tracing freight
Address any issues that come up during transit, advising appropriate account manager and when necessary, the customer
Assist drivers/carriers throughout dispatch as needed
Verify customer delivery requirements are being met in a satisfactory manner
||Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of two years previous customer service experience within a Freight Brokerage/3PL Transportation environment
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
Energetic, positive, accountable, and hard working
Ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency
Ability to deal/thrive in stressful situations
