Title Transportation Management Software Sales Representative GTA, ON 6076
Overview The Transportation Management Software Sales Representative will aggressively sell Transportation software solutions to client organizations. The successful candidate will have experience successfully selling process improvements and have a strong understanding of carriers and freight. The Logistics Solutions Sales Representative must be entrepreneurial and independent with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to build rapport and match solutions to client needs. Some travel within Canada and the United States is required. This role offers the ability to earn six figures.

Responsibilities Continuously develop sales prospects through cold calling, following up on leads, networking at industry events, etc.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
Record, track and report all sales activities, maintaining detailed account records
Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts
Establish relationships with each current and prospective customer, generating maximum revenue by up-selling services
Collaborate with other departments to cross sell services
Deliver presentations to "C" level executives
Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring all performance expectations are met or exceeded
Address customer concerns in a timely manner
Remain current on industry trends and the competition

Requirements University or college degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years successful TMS sales experience with a strong understanding of the Transportation industry
Sales experience in warehouse management and/or process improvement software solutions is an asset
Experience selling to customers of all sizes, including national enterprise accounts
Proven success selling intangible solutions to client partners through a consultative sales approach
Experience selling to "C" level buyers (CEO, CIO, CFO, Department Directors, etc.)
Ability to function in a self-managed environment
Clean driving record and reliable transportation required
Proficient in the use of CRM and MS Office Applications
Superior communication skills with a strong understanding of statistical analysis, sales and marketing concepts
Understanding of RFP and contract processes and ethical behaviors
Able to travel within Canada and the United States

Compensation Package $50-65K + Substantial Bonus & Commission + Car Allowance + Pension + RSP Match
