We are seeking an enthusiastic, team player with a high level of detail to provide efficient service to customers in support of a variety of product and e-commerce systems by phone and online, while maintaining accurate customer records.  Note:  This is a one year contract.

Position CSC Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Reporting To Manager, Equipment Solutions
Key Accountabilities
  • Respond to customer calls on Toromont’s CSC Support lines; track call and problem status and follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Provide customer phone and online support on a variety of product and e-commerce systems, including Product Link,Toromont Customer Sites, PartsStore and VisionLink
  • Escalate Software and Hardware problems as required to the Product Champion
  • Update SMU for all machines through customer contacts and Product link updates
  • Maintain and monitor VisionLink customer and internal contract subscriptions
  • Troubleshoot Product Link issues and submit Sales Force/DSN tickets
  • Manage Product Link invoicing for all Product Link devices
  • Assist with Monthly CSA Invoices for Customers
  • Register new CSA contracts and upload data into EMT applications
  • Provide support on other tasks required within the department
  • Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound, healthy behaviours and objectives at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/ Programs and best practices
Key Qualifications
  • Post Secondary Education and 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Customer centric with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
  • Professional, self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency
  • Highly computer and systems literate with proficiencies with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of CAT SIS, DBS, SIMSI as well as computer and internet troubleshooting experience
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the business needs
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
