Reporting To Service Supervisor
Key Accountabilities
  • Assist Shop Mechanics and Parts Department as directed by Supervisor
  • Perform pressure washing and machine preparation duties
  • Conduct proper shop clean up and support contamination control efforts< contamination support and up clean shop proper>
  • Manage, organize and control inventory of tool crib
  • Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviours and objectives at all times in support if Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/ Programs and best practices


Key Qualifications
  • Post Secondary Education and 2+ years experience with Heavy Equipment in an operation or repair environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
  • Self starter, independent and a team player with strong initiative
  • Customer centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote site
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
  • Basic computer aptitude with Microsoft Word
