Title Office Manager/Bookkeeper - NEW (Lynn Thomas)
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this person will be an experienced accounting professional with office management experience able to supervise an office staff of five people ensuring efficient and accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable work that meets all policies and daily goals.

 

 

Requirements
  • strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • experienced in bank reconciliations, preparing month end working papers and financial statements, reporting and variance analysis
  • adept at credit risk evaluation and credit management
  • excellent multi-tasker with ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • able to work independently
  • highly proficient in Excel
  • able to manage all office functions including personnel, IT, communication systems, security and physical property
  • committed to process and personal improvement
