Title V.P. Sales - NEW (Vince Zitano)
  • ensures alignment of goals, strategic objectives, and strategic plan, with the overall vision and direction
  • design long and short term plans for each business unit and be able to coordinate the sales team and the business units are working towards them
  • work closely with the management team and the VP of Operations with sales forecasting and strategic operational planning
  • launching products and marketing roll-out of new products and technologies
  • market research and analysis
  • knowledge of product portfolio spanning multiple business units and competitive markets
  • identification of new markets and business opportunities
  • demonstrated understanding of the full sales process in a similar industry, ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • strong knowledge of contracts and contract language
  • proven ability to lead and coach others
  • manages the sales function and supervise and develop employees
  • instigates, coordinates and leads special projects as assigned
  • all other job duties as required
  • minimum of seven years’ experience in similar capacity
  • demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrated change management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, MBA preferred
