||Director of Human Resources - NEW (Vince Zitano/Charlie Nalezinski)
|direct the Human Resource Department supporting nine manufacturing facilities, Divisional head office; supporting 650 employees provide direct Human Resource support to senior leadership team lead the recruiting and staffing function for all hourly and salary positions throughout North America leads the performance management process and improvement systems manage divisional employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; directly manages all legal claims and settlements Chief negotiator in union labor contract negotiation responsible for all policy development and documentation provide senior leadership team with various reports including but not limited to recruitment, turnover, overtime, and staffing levels manage employee relations and other employee programs policies and procedures and ensure compliance provide advice, guidance and assistance to all management on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs
- ensure compliance is strictly adhered to with regards to all relevant human resources related legislation
|must be able to travel within North America frequently (once per month) Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or similar minimum 10+ years in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years in a management role strong union labor background proven problem-resolution and decision-making skills able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment goal and results oriented excellent oral and written communication skills
