Title Tai Chi Instructor - Winter 2013

The City of Surrey’s Parks, Recreation and Culture Department currently requires energetic, self motivated, team players to join us as auxiliary Tai Chi Instructor.

Our classes provide an excellent all-around workout in a relaxed atmosphere. This opportunity requires upbeat and responsible individuals to lead classes to promote good health through relaxation. Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills.

You will be responsible for instructing the following classes:
  • Tai Chi - promoting good health through relaxation and non-stressful movements.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will be an experienced instructor with a current CPR and First Aid Certificate and relevant certifications and training.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to motivate others to help achieve their health goals.
Department Recreation - Instructors

Effective fall 2013, City Hall will be moving to a new state-of-the-art facility located in North Surrey (King George and 104th area). Surrey's New City Hall (NCH) is part of the Build Surrey program, designed to make Surrey an even more exciting place to live and work, and to position the city for growth over the next decade. NCH will act as a catalyst to stimulate job creation in the city and will be easily accessible to residents and businesses.
