- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with Macintosh and PC preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills required
- Ability to type 25-30 WPM required.
- Letter writing skills a plus
- 10-key skills a plus
