Job Description  
The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with him. 
S/he will be responsible for the coordination of the daily administrative tasks such as managing and coordinating corporate events, managing the reception, managing the subscriptions and the invoices, archiving, and developing our corporate agreements.
·         Manage all the corporate events (organize resources, manage the budget, the food and beverages, the venues, etc.)
·         Manage the reception
·         Update all the subscriptions
·         Ensure the monthly management of the archiving and shredding services
·         Manage the purchase orders to ensure payment of all the suppliers
·         Develop our corporate agreements and promote them on an internal level
·         Assist the Operations Manager with the management of the office spaces in close collaboration with the maintenance crew
·         Keep the first-aid kits up-to-date
·         Replace the Receptionist at lunch time and sometimes during vacation time or on sick days
