Job Description
The Copywriter is responsible for idea generation and creative execution of integrated advertising campaigns. They work closely with an Art Director, Interactive Art Directors and Designers to produce high-quality, strategic creative.
• Generate concepts and execute creative advertising campaigns under the guidance of Creative Director.
• Work closely with Art Director and Designers to ensure consistency of tone of voice and brand alignment across all touch points
• Produce copy for advertising communications (TV, print, OOH, digital), design projects, and retail experiences
• Work closely with Strategy and Account teams to ensure campaigns are on-brief and delivered in a timely manner
• Attend and provide direction during talent casting & recording sessions when required • Participate in new business pitches
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
• Creatively contribute to the constant evolution of Sid Lee’s products
• Education in a related field
• 2-5 years of agency experience
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Ability to take direction and critique
• Passionate about popular culture, emerging technologies, language and design trends
• Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to understand/apply/maintain brand tone of voice
• Ability to write in multiple voices, and work across multiple brands concurrently
• Impeccable spelling/grammar
• Fluent in English, oral and written
