Job Description  
As a Technician at the IT department, under the supervision of the IT director, you will be responsible for providing internal and external users with level 1 and 2 support, carrying out installation and maintenance work, and ensuring the optimal functioning of various software, computers and drivers in order to meet the expected results. Used technologies include Mac, Windows, Exchange, suite Office, Active Directory, Suite Adobe, Autodesk products, and several others. 
While being able to work in an environment that is oriented towards the client and teamwork, the applicant will have to:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mac and Microsoft office computers and laptops
- Provide internal and external users with level 1 and 2 support
- Prepare and maintain precise documentation regarding the related processes/procedures
- Know Active Directory and GPO
- Create and modify scripts for software deployment
- Provide users with support for the right functioning of their mobile phones
- Train the users, if needed
- Discuss with the different suppliers for the replacement of equipment pieces 
- College (DEC) or Professional (DEP) degree in IT and/or user support (on-going or completed)
- At least a 6-month experience in technical support
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Great knowledge of Mac OS
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities 
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
