Job Description Role:
The creative director oversees the evolution (from start to finish) of the creative products under his/her responsibility. He or she also provides support to the Toronto based creative directors for these projects. He/she manages a creative team and ensures that a good working relationship is established among all participants. He/she must build a trust-based relationship with both the client and the internal team. Finally, he/she plays an important role in the company by building his/her creative team.

• Direct and work with creative teams
• Work closely with the account team
• Effectively communicate the project’s requirements to the creative team
• Ensure that projects meet both the client’s expectations and Sid Lee’s design standards
• Present creations to the client
• Be actively involved in the company by building a creative team

• 5+ years of agency or experience. Experience in design studios is also relevant
