Our newest client is a Vancouver-based manufacturer of skin care products for major stores' "white labeled" products, as well as an outsourced manufacturer for skin care brands throughout North America. This is a great company: approx 45 people (big enough to be financially and structurally stable, but small enough for you to feel like you can influence strategy); great leadership; and a strong value proposition (the company has consistently been able to innovate the manufacturing process to provide significant advantages to their clients).
Right now they are looking for a senior new business developer to bring on approx 6 major North American clients each and every year. This position could be located anywhere (work from home), and we are specifically focusing our search on Ontario because of the large manufacturing candidate pool. Deals would start at approx $250k (smaller for pilot projects), and you would be responsible for bringing the client on board, working closely with your internal resources to ensure your clients' needs are met, and then growing that business by taking on more and more outsourcing opportunities. The sales are complex and can take as long as 12-months to close.
To be considered, you must have at least 7 years of proven "Big Whale Hunting" experience, ideally in the manufacturing space. The compensation for this role would be designed for a Year 1 6-figure income (with uncapped commissions). For more information and to be considered, please apply.
