This is a really compelling and unique outside sales role with a very well established company in the home entertainment and integrated media systems space. Our client has built an incredible reputation as a state-of-the-art technology company that helps their clients simplify their daily routines and enhance their lifestyles. Right now they are looking for an exceptional networker and new business development expert to work closely with (and establish new) channel partners like architects, interior designers and construction companies to develop sales opportunities with home owners looking to create the very best living experience through their home technologies.
You must have 5+ years of quality outside sales experience that includes a rich history of overachieving sales targets. The successful candidate must have cold calling experience in a previous outside sales or business development role. Also, a proven track record of creating and maintaining client relationships. You must be disciplined and focused, and more importantly you must LOVE staying busy networking with potential business influencers. A passion for great consumer technology or ability to articulate the concepts relative to the electronics would really ensure your success in this role. The ability to speak Cantonese and mandarin is considered a strong bonus skill.
The client is looking to add one key member to one of two teams. The team selection is dependant on previous project revenue handling, and all relevant experience to this position. This will directly determine compensation for this role with an ideal range of $70k - $130K. Earnings potentially could be more as this is very much dependant on performance, and it is the type of role where you income will continue to grow as you reputation and network develops.
