||Our client is an award-winning builder of custom and high quality steel buildings for use in commercial, industrial and residential markets. Under the leadership of one President, the company has grown to be the largest and fastest growing in the Canadian market. The sales team consists of 14 people. They are now looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join their team and help take the company to the next level.
In this role, you will report directly to the President and have full-scope ownership over the sale function within the organization. The role is best suited for an experienced sales professional with a passion for development, coaching and mentoring sales team. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing the company compensation plan, building a territory segmentation map, formalizing the lead allocation processes, and ensuring the team is properly staffed with the right people.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- A minimum of 5-7 years managing a team of inside and/or outside sales professionals
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenues in a designated territory and to drive growth in a team
- mentorship, leadership, and a passion for success!
- Ability to handle tough negotiations
- Strategic thinker – you will develop and enhance sales practices
