The Skinny Sales Talent Agency is currently working with a dynamic start-up company that needs to add the final piece to their executive team - a VP of Sales. You must be a true sales leader with a solid track record of performance in developing sales teams. You will have worked in a successful start-up and been directly responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy and leading your company's growth strategy across multiple channels and verticals across multiple industries.

Though this role is at the Executive level, the best fit is for someone who is energetic and willing to work in a young, dynamic workplace with a strong emphasis on company culture. The immediate need is to develop a sales team, create and implement process with the ability to analyze high level metrics. As with any start-up, you will wear various hats, but have a focus on sales.
