They are the gold standard in first line customer experience management and have been dramatically growing over the last 10 years. Due to this growth, they are now looking to hire their first ever Inside Sales Manager to take over ownership and steward growth and performance of their existing inside sales team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for guiding and leading the performance of your sales team while also effectively managing key outsourced sales partners. You will be responsible for bringing process and strategy to the existing inside sales team which comprises 6 inside sales reps. You will provide the necessary direction and leadership to further develop this winning sales team, and ensure the team meets the annual business objectives and sales targets. Important to note: this is a selling manager position which means you will also be initially responsible for delivering against a personal sales quota.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Inside Sales Management experience in a related industry, preferably software/cloud computing. You will need to be KPI-driven and possess a high level of proficiency with Salesforce CRM. A strong business acumen combined with the ability to thrive in a highly competitive business environment is essential.
This role offers a competitive compensation package paying $75-85K base salary with $120K on-target earnings. Office location is in the heart of Toronto's growing downtown tech community.
