This company is a distributor of industrial supplies, representing the world’s top manufacturers with annual sales that exceed $1b. They have locations all across Canada and there is a ton of opportunity for advancement.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years inside sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be managing an existing portfolio of accounts, selling into small to medium sized customers. Their clients include school boards, property managers and construction professionals to name a few. A typical day will involve making 20+ client calls a day to cultivate (farm) existing relationships. You will be working closely with the branch locations to confirm product availability and estimated delivery time of product(s). Your responsibilities will include following up on leads, ability to understand customer needs and concerns, increase customer awareness of products and services and managing a complete sales cycle that includes the preparation of proposals and product delivery arrangements.
