The Skinny Our client is Canada’s most trusted company in electrical protective equipment, cover-up & high voltage testing. Due to their ongoing expansion in line with quick growth – they are seeking a customer-focused outside “road warrior”.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling industrial tools and supplies into utility divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a territory in Southern Ontario that has not been fully developed. The opportunity offers the challenges of both a hunter and a farmer. You must possess strong, applicable industry-related experience. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

If you have an electrical engineering degree or a high voltage electrical background, we want to chat with you! Certifications and substantial experience within the public electrical utility industry as well as a contact list of clients will definitely be an asset. This career opportunity pays a base salary of $70k - $75k with an on target of $120k+ in the first year.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 10 years minimum INDUSTRY experience (Utility, Industrial and associated safety and equipment product and services
- Proven sales experience
- Relationship building MUST come natural
- Display a high closing ratio
- Experience in bidding for new and existing tenders, contracts and proposals for both new and existing clients
