Role Summary • This position works closely with operations in Toronto, New Westminster and Montreal and is critical in monitoring and supporting the quality and efficiency of service related operations for IPG customers
• Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, and management reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely reports and analytical information to support service delivery

Responsibilities • Control incoming assignments
• Assign new claims with referral from Examiners
• Update and maintain client setup instructions and guidelines
• Complete bordereaux reports and provide to London Broker, Canadian Coverholder, and London Syndicates
• Provide Coverholders with any additional requested information or reports
• Responsible for the management and distribution of Trust accounts, reconciliation reports and related documentation
• Liaise with SCM accounting department trust facilities and London Broker
• Responsible for the reconciliation of lineage and bordereaux reports
o Oversee lineage setup
o Assist with financial management in New Westminister
• Oversee Lineage database documentation process
• Assist with Account Receivables and collections of overdue invoices
• Reserves notification
• Work with Operations and I.T department in developing new protocols/processes for financial management
• Manage the complaints log
Education, knowledge and experience required • Completion of secondary education
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in an accounting function an asset
• Exceptional MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience and comfort level using other software/databases
