Position Title/Titre du poste Operations Coordinator
Role Summary
Working in the office of the Vice President of Operation for ClaimsPro, you would be part of a team with a business analyst and the operations coordinator. You would administer the policy library for ClaimsPro, including creating guidelines, updating policies and bordereaux codes. Also, you would create corporate templates and troubleshoot overall issues. Additionally, you would be a key resource to national operations initiatives and support client code reconciliation for acquisition.

Competencies required to succeed
- Communication skills both oral and written
- Customer service skills
- Good computer skills - you will need to utilize most MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as iAdjust
- Process development skills  - key for updating and improving the current Client Info Work Order process
- Presentation Skills
- Analytical skills - this position will transition into an analytical role as the employee gains experience and industry knowledge

Manage and complete Client Information work orders
- Client code and Bordereaux code creation and administration
- Guideline creation and administration
- Administration of the Policy Library

Manage and complete Template Information work orders
- Template creation and maintenance
- Troubleshooting both onshore and offshore document issues

Project based support
- Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives
- Client code reconciliation for acquisition

General duties as required
Accountabilities [and to whom]

Accountable to ClaimsPro management and employees:
- Manage and oversee client codes, guidelines, templates, client access and other data/information within the claims management systems

Accountable to Clients:
- Ensure Client Access (web portal) and other integrated tools are functioning properly and allow the proper access into claims data
Education, knowledge and experience required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Post secondary diploma or degree 
- significant track record of using Microsoft tools including outlook, word, excel, and powerpoint
