As a key member of the RMS senior leadership team, you are instrumental in contributing both passion and expert knowledge to achieve sales vision by implementing and leading the sales strategy. Reporting to the President, RMS, the Senior Vice President, Sales plays a key role in long-term strategic planning related to the organization's sustainability while fostering an environment of high performance.
Developing the annual sales plans to meet corporate goals, execute day-to-day sales activities, provide sales forecasting and reporting, identify and develop multi-line sales channels and build and mentor a winning sales team are key responsibilities of this role.
You will lead and manage the sales team with accountability for the effectiveness of the entire group, including responsibility for new and organic revenue growth. Using your experience you will build and maintain key relationships with existing and potential customers.
Champion and lead the establishment of new sales opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of RMS’ sales channels. Prioritize and rank sales opportunities by market sector and actively pursue those deemed most worthwhile.
Work closely with Corporate and RMS marketing department to ensure that marketing efforts are effective and aligned to the sales organization's needs.
Work closely with RMS Operations to ensure that sales plans and activities are effective and aligned to the operations team’s profitability & quality targets and capacity planning.
