||This position is responsible for scanning, archiving and where needed developing the Appendix associated with all documentation submitted by clients. Ensure the timely delivery of such documents to the appropriate Assessor prior to the assessment taking place. This position is also responsible for chaperoning, filing, couriering and general reception duties including ensuring examinees arrive on time and identifying no shows
|Competencies required to succeed
||• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills in general
||• Preparation of documents for the Appendix
• Send scanned document package
• Acts as a Chaperone as needed
• Manages all Administrative Spreads within RMS
• Other duties as required
|Education, knowledge and experience required
||• Minimum High School Completion
• Prior experience in a fast paced working environment, ideally within the Professional Services Industry
