||Administrative & Production Assistant for Clinical Advisory Services Team
||As a member of our talented team, the Administrative & Production Assistant will provide advanced-level administrative and document production support to the PYA Clinical Advisory Services team. This individual will join a dedicated team and consistently demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while remaining composed, professional, and organized.
||For consideration, successful candidate will have:
•Three to five years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience should provide ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks.
•Advanced-level experience in producing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) documents. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of working with large and complex documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
•Proficient and detailed in composition, grammar, drafting, and proofing documents and communications.
•Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks.
•Experience assisting team with project flow and processes.
•Exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contact at all levels – both within and outside the Firm.
•Polished professionalism including a positive attitude and excellent oral/written communication skills.
