•Knowledge of MS Office.
•Able to multi-task.
•Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
•Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
•Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail.
•Exercises tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm.
•Exhibit a polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills.
•Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks.
•Assist with special events, projects, and other duties.
