As a member of PMG, you’ll be part of an ethical team of driven, innovative leaders where the atmosphere is professional, friendly and fun. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop and manage multiple, diversified search assignments using a consultative approach. To be a successful candidate, you will have a post-secondary education, proven success in business-to-business sales. You are an excellent communicator with a tenacious and assertive demeanor. Experience in sales/marketing/human resources would be a great asset in addition to strong organizational skills and the ability to implement successful plans of action. Prior recruiting experience is not necessary, only a desire to work hard and work well with clients and staff.
