We have a full time permanent employment opportunity in our People Department for a Learning Technology Coordinator. This position reports to the Manager, People Development.
|Key Duties & Responsibilities
•Acts as the first point of contact for enquiries to the Learning team; responding to or re-directing questions in a timely manner.
•Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS including data analysis and managing reports).
•Administers online, LMS-based learning programs.
•Supports the administration, testing and implementation of LMS technology initiatives.
•Provides administrative and coordination support for training programs as required.
•Develops and updates learning information and marketing materials including online and other marketing material.
•Coordinates training venue booking, meal arrangements and participant travel requirements.
•Supports coordination and/or launch of training and development programs.
•Maintains positive relationships and networks with internal (ie. team members and store management) and external (ie. supplier/vendor) contacts.
•Manages projects and supports other team members with projects as required.
|Criteria for Application
•Passion for learning and Always Customer First Service.
•Exposure to learning technology solution either as an administrator or active learner.
•Experience using HR Information systems (ie. PeopleSoft) and reporting software (ie. Crystal reports, Reportsafe); proficiency using the MS Office Suite skills (ie. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with image editing applications is considered an asset.
•Two to three years of administrative experience, ideally in Human Resources.
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
•High personal responsibility/accountability in achieving quality results.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of a people.
•Passion for continuous learning.
•High degree of discretion handling confidential information.
