|Key Duties & Responsibilities
||Report to the Ethnic Deli Supervisor.
Daily production of BBQ and related variety.
Innovation of new products.
Manage and control product quality & cost.
Inventory and shrink management.
Maintain department cleanliness, Food Safety Standard and Health & Safety.
Manage and train production team members.
|Criteria for Application
||Minimum 3 years working experience in Chinese BBQ foods industry.
Strong interpersonal & team leadership skills.
Friendly, positive attitude & responsible.
Willing to learn and make alternative products.
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, conversational English is an asset.
