||A well established online marketing company is expanding their team and seeking a new recruiter to join their them.
Working with the HR director and a team of two HR Generalists and one other recruiter you will be keeping busy hiring new employees for the team.
||You will be responsible for;
-Conducting the full recruitment process including posting, pre-screening, interviewing, reference checks and extend offers to potential employees
- Create post and administer job postings internally and extrenally
- Work with external recruiters as needed
- Research and find best practices for recruiting staff using different means (internet, newspaper, etc.)
- Implement a standard interview & selection process
- Attend recruitment events such as university and city wide job fairs and seminars
||3+ years of experience within the recruitment industry or in a company
Comfortable selling your ideas to potential employees and management
