Title Legal Administrator
Overview Our biotech/pharmaceutical office located on the West Island is looking for a Legal Administrator to help set up and maintain corporate contracts and litigation files. Reporting to the VP of Technology and IP you will be responsible for;

Setting up and maintaining Corporate legal files;
Prepare contracts/agreements for approval & signature by Management;
Track all contracts through completion, signature and expiration
Follow up on expired contracts/agreements
Proofread all documents for accuracy of content and consistency


Responsibilities Qualifications;
A legal assistant diploma, certificate or equivalent experience
Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and statutes;
Excellent proofreading, word processing and typing skills
Ability to work independently;
Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must
On line research / information retrieval experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
