||Inside Sales Representative
||A well established fun entertainment, manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a perfectly bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their dymanic team.
Working with the Operations team you will be maintaining relationships with existing clients while head hunting and establishing solid relationships with new ones.
||Cross sell products to new and existing clients including knocking on doors and opening them with welcoming arms.
Your role will be to educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of the products in order to improve product related sales & customer satisfaction
As part of the sales team you will need to deliver superior customer service & provide clients with product, design and technical information in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure you can make yourself available to customers via emails and phone calls, in order to satisfy customer requirements and develop your opportunities.
By working directly with the clients you will recommend appropriate product and solution while leading them during customer discovery, concept development and proposal meetings
You should have the ability to recommend alternate products based on cost, availability & specifications
||If you have around 5 years of Inside Sales experience, desire to drive sales with a background in construction, engineering or architecture we would love to meet with you
Perfectly Bilingual (French/English) a MUST
Spanish or other language is considered an asset.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM a plus!
