Title HR Generalist
Overview A well established, team oriented international company located on the South Shore is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team.

As an HR generalist you will be working closely with the internal recruiter, payroll manager and other HR Managers across Canada implementing policies and procedures for the Montreal office.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for;

Building HR capabilities, implementing policies and procedures. Recognizing and resolving individual and organizational problems with management and employees;
Create wage policies, maintain employee records and files, to ensure a competitive structure while being involved in the recruitment process.
Requirements • At least 3 – 5 years of related HR management/generalist experience in a fast-paced, growing high tech and/or gaming industry
• Diploma in Human Resources or related degree
• Strong background in all HR functions specifically related to Labour relations, Quebec laws and Health and Safety codes
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
