One of Canada's largest Construction Contractors is looking for a Senior PM
Do you have a strong portfolio of high rise projects completed within the Toronto region. Are you able to take on large multi-million dollar projects, 20 stories and greater?
The candidate chosen will be part of a long term growth strategy and will be instrumental in mentoring other Project Managers.
If you have any experience with the following you will be strongly considered:
High-Rise Condominiums
High-Rise Hotels
High-Rise Commercial Office building

| Responsibilities |
Manage all facets of the construction process for ground up projects of over 20 stories.
Budgeting, estimating and client negotiations.
Conduct Sub-contractor negotiation and awarding of contracts.
Create and oversee schedules throughout construction
Conduct all job site meetings and co-ordination.
Deal with project closeout and deficiency reviews

| Requirements |
10 years of experience working for a Construction Contractor or operating your own company
Experience in negotiating, presentation and organisational skills are key.
A proven track record in project delivery from start to finish is of utmost importance.
You will have control of the budget so must have the ability to analyse financial details of construction projects to ensure both cost effectiveness and achievement of deadlines.
