Title Customer Service Manager
Overview A well known, wonderfully operated company located in St. Laurent is seeking a CSR Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Marketing and overseeing a small staff you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to the internal and external customers.

As part of your role you will ensure the most efficient tools are in place to maximize service and ensure there are cross communications in place that make sense for everyone.

You will be responsible for leading and implementing proper communication strategies via phone, e-mail, social media and the website.

You will also be required to monitor the overall department and ensure there is continuous improvement and harmony within the department and with the customers.

The product you are serving is fabulous so it's important your team reflect the product.
Requirements
If you have a solid background in customer service, the ability to shift between managerial, operational, and business development tasks combined with a passion to ensure your product, team and customers are happy, we would love to meet with you!!
