Our Edmonton client located in South Edmonton (not transit accessible) requires a Client Support Analyst to join their team.
The company has grown significantly over the past few years and requires an added resource to join their team.
 
Start: Immediately
Duration: 3 – 6 month contract to hire
 
The successful person will have a professional demeanor and will work directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to all supported hardware and software both in person, on site and over the phone.
 
Typical daily duties include support of an environment of 200+ users with Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Application Support and some networking support. The role is diverse so the individual will have a wider breath of knowledge or be able to demonstrate their ability to grasp new technologies quickly and effectively.
